How to fix Pay Scheduled Liabilities already paid?

US QuickBooks Premier : 2010: Accountant

Pay Scheduled Liabilities and Liability Balance Report do not agree. How do I fix?  YTD

liability balance report shows zero due however pay scheduled liabilities window has balance due that was already paid.

You need to pay the scheduled liabilities through payroll.  Delete the check from the check register noting the date, check number and amount, then make the payment from pay scheduled liabilities in Payroll Center  (Payroll tab) editing the date and check number before saving the transaction.
