Important Announcement! A planned system-wide upgrade will take place over the Memorial Day Weekend in the US (From Thurs, May 24, 2012 at 6 pm PDT thru Tues, May 29, 2012 at 5 am PDT). This includes QuickBooks, QuickBooks Payroll, Point of Sale, & Salesforce.com. This is only for US based products. This does not affect QuickBooks Online customers! How to correct internet explorer script error - line 624 'm_clientname is undefined'?

ProSeries : 2008

Does anyone know how to fix an internet explorer script error? Line 624 Char 5 Error 'm_clientname' is undefined. Have been using program without a problem - today, this pops up!!

misery loves company.

I have the same issue.

Too bad, after all of the years of using Proseries, I can't find a phone number for tech support--I'm sure it's there, just a run around trying to pawn each of us off on the other.

I assume this has something to do with the Live Community running at all times; something I would rather not have anyway.

I will look back later to see if anyone has come up with a solution.
