How to convert QIF to IIF?

I have a new client who downloaded monthly statements for his credit card while he was using Quicken. (The monthly statement is a QIF file saved in a directory on his computer).He is now using Quickbooks and when we try to import these statements QBP wants them to be in a IIF format.I cannot seem to find anything that tells me how to convert a QIF file to a IIF file. Or, is there a way to get Excel to read the QIF so that I can do a SAVE AS to an IIF?Right now, my computer doesn't even recoginze the program used to make the QIF file.HELP Please!
