PLEASE do not shout.

Is it a loan payable to, or loan receivable from, the Director?
Open your Chart of Accounts and create the appropriate account - check with your own competent professional accountant if you're not sure.

Then record the transaction - maybe a Cheque to the Director, or a bank Deposit from the Director?  You tell us, or ask your own competent professional accountant.

Using the Loans Manager is an option.

Banking: Loan Manager

where you will be able to add a Loan: Principal, Interest etc. You can also configure an amortization schedule .

Also, make sure the correct Accounts are set up prior to loading the schedules.

Good Luck!
