Important Announcement! A planned system-wide upgrade will take place over the Memorial Day Weekend in the US (From Thurs, May 24, 2012 at 6 pm PDT thru Tues, May 29, 2012 at 5 am PDT). HOW DO YOU UPDATE THE HOMEBASE STATUS OF A CLIENT WITH THE CLIENT STATUS IN THE EF HOME BASE?

Current Focus: "WHY DOESNT THE HOME BASE UPDATE AUTOMATICALLY WITH THE STATUS ON THE EF HOME BASE. EXAMPLE. WHEN YOU EFILE A RETURN ON THE EF HOME BASE IT TELLS YOU THE STATUS SUCH AS "EF ACCEPTED. " THIS DOESNT FLOW THRU TO THE HOME BASE. WHY NOT!!!1! OR BETTER STILL HOW DO YOU GET THE PROGRAM TO DO IT?"

Same thing I said... it should automatically flow the updated status to the homebase "status" column as well.

Anywho, the workaround, after you've updated the status on the EF tab, open the client return, hit save, and close. It should update the status on the homebase.

Is that it? no other answers/workarounds? I only ask because I have 380 returns, that's a lot to "open, save, close" one at a time.
