Hi, Suzanne,
1. Log in to your data file as the administrator and switch to single user mode.
2. In the QuickBooks menu bar, select Edit and then Preferences.
3.Select Accounting and Company.
4. Uncheck "Use account numbers."
5. Click OK.
6. Print the report .
7. Use Steps 1 - 5 to turn on the account numbers.
