There is no "undo" in Quickbooks for a voided or deleted paycheck.
You will have to re enter the payroll information and recreate the paycheck.
You can do this by running an "unscheduled" payroll and selecting only the Employee you need to create a paycheck for. Be sure you enter the same pay period end date and paycheck date that was used on the original paycheck.

You can't undo it. The easiest thing is to just re-create it.
