How do I turn off Write Protection in ISW when I never turned it on?

US QuickBooks Enterprise Solutions : 10.0: Accountant

ISW creates 95% of what I need for a client's financial statements. So the other 5% I'm trying to adjust in Excel and it keeps telling me it's write protected and won't let me add additional formulas.

Use the ISW tool bar for most functions.  If you need to create formulas, use the ISW toolbar to insert a blank row or column and then enter your formulas.
