How do I set up a Form 1041 client in Quickbooks?

US QuickBooks Premier : 2011: Accountant

How do I set up a Form 1041 client in Quickbooks?  In setting up company file, Form 1041 is not an option.  I am currently using From 1040 just so I can do some of the bookkeeping tasks?  But is there another option available?
