How do I reset my online banking transaction downloads?

US QuickBooks Premier : 2012: Accountant

How do I reset my online banking downloads? QuickBooks thinks I've already downloaded transactions for the date range but I deleted the file so I need to download them again.

I go to my banks web site, choose the date range and download it to my computor, (its a .qbo file,) and then into QB's.
