You should enter your address in 2 places in the Company Information.
The first section, Contact Information, is the format that you want to use when invoicing customers.
The second section, Legal Information, is the format used by tax authorities (CRA, etc.) In this section there is a specific field for "Prov." which QB uses to help set up your sales tax and payroll information.
