Important Announcement! A planned system-wide upgrade will take place over the Memorial Day Weekend in the US (From Thurs, May 24, 2012 at 6 pm PDT thru Tues, May 29, 2012 at 5 am PDT). This includes QuickBooks, QuickBooks Payroll, Point of Sale, & Salesforce.com. This is only for US based products. This does not affect QuickBooks Online customers! During this time, you can shop, but can’t place orders online, activate products or update account info. We apologize for the inconvenience & thank you for patience while we improve our infrastructure to better serve you. International versions are unaffected. For more info, see our community discussion.

Grab the perforated divider with your cursor and pull it down. :-)

I have QB Pro 2009, and with previous versions moving the perforated bar below worked, but this does not solve the problem. Help!

Same as Ursulalee. I spent an entire day trying to figure out this conundrum, and failed. What's going on? I need two rows of icons so I can see everything. I hope this issue can be resolved

PS: There is no "perforated divider" in the new 2009 version.

You are absolutely right! I had 2008 open when I submitted my answer. There is no perforated divider - this is something we'll have to submit directly to Intuit. Sorry I couldn't help!

I agree that it is definite a step back with QB 2009, but I went into View and Customized the Icon Bar by Renaming some of my 'long' descriptions into shorter names and everything fit, especially after I closed the Live Community page.
