how do I lock net pay on payroll without quickbooks payroll service

I do not want to upgrade my quickbooks and would like to lock all the payroll dedcutions Fed, medicare, social security and state deductions automatically for my employees.  Is there a way to do that without manually entering the deductions every time I attempt to create a payroll check ??  Help
