how do I import data from Amazon into POS?

I sell products through Amazon. I want to import the sales data from Amazon into POS (I've already downloaded the data into an Excel file). How do I do this? It appears that the import data function in the Untilities section does not accommodate fully what I am trying to do. So, I would need to import, order #, items ordered, costs, shipping costs, etc.
