How do I get multi-user licence

QB premier is 3 user by default according to the QB website.
Just install its on all three with one as host mode and it should all work. (The host PC should ideally be the one with highest spec as to memory & Chip/Motherboard installed).

Thanks for that. I don't think it actually helps me because I want a system that does not involve leaving the host computer on. At the moment I go through the process of backing up to a portable file which I save on Dropbox every time I close a Quickbooks file, and open the portable file from whichever computer I am on when I next want to access it. This is cumbersome as you have to wait a short while for the file to be uploaded to Dropbox, but I suppose any other procedure that works would involve leaving the host computer on.
