I recommend making a backup of the Quicken file before you converts. Then go to File > Utilities > Convert > From Quicken. View the help files to before proceeding with the conversion.

I have some bank accounts that won't do a direct download into QB's, however, they do download into Quicken. Do you mean to tell me that I can download my bank account into my quicken file and then convert it to be uploaded ot my QB's file? I have 2011 of each, and they are both Windows.
