It would be convenient to put information into Quickbooks only once and the export it to Outlook.

there are a couple of ways to do this
- you can export to text file and then map the fields to an import template using Outlook
- you can synchronize your contacts with QB and Outllok using the contact_sync tool
If you select -File -Utilities -synchronize contacts - QB checks to see if the tool is installed - if not it gives you the option to download it from the intuit website
