im new to quick books I enterd most of my banking information already threw the bank register screen, how can i enter customer information with out getting duplicate deposits or undeposited checks?
Ok lets but the road on the Show, or is it the other way around!!!!!!!! dear new member get yourself to always start up QB from the "HOME" page Click on Vendors and review what you stuck in from the register and also click on Customers double click anyone to review address, phone #, e-mail, terms, notes, etc etc., these are the two major data bases were all your checks, invoices, deposits, credits, etc etc dump into aka the "show" just follow the lines for anything you do in business and there is no way to mess up. If you reconciled your bank account no worry QB will say to you if you attempt to record the same check # twice "Hey you did this already you really want to do this!!!!!!!!!!!!" Same goes for Vendors - enter bills....... recording the same vendor invoice # i always get mad at QB on the electric bill cause its the same account number each month and it tells me DUMB GUY.
