Go to Payroll Center> in the upper left corner is a tab called Related Payroll Activities> Drop it down and click on Edit or Add Payroll Schedule. when that comes up click on the week you want to delete and at the bottom left is a button if you clck on it, it will list Edit or Delete Payroll Schedule. Hope this helps.
Ann's answer is correct if you wish to delete the entire schedule. If on the other hand, you just wish to skip a single week, first skip the week, then when you wish to create the next schedule occurence, just change the payroll ending date and the schedule will resume.
Thank you both AnnH44 and cwbash, however Payroll Qickbooks does not allowing me to delete the schedule, just edit it for next week.
