Hi Limegreen,
This can be edited as follows:
1. Open the Payroll Schedule List window
· Go to the Employees menu, click Payroll Setup and then click Add or Edit Payroll Schedules.
2. From the Payroll Schedule List window, double click to select (and open) the payroll schedule you want to edit.
3. Change the What is the pay period end date? and What date should appear on payroll payments for this pay period fields and select OK to save the changes.
