Proseries automatically inputs the IRS address into the pmt vouchers (PO Box 1300,Charlotte NC 28201). We serve clients who live outside the US and need to use a different address. How can we change the settings? Very painful to manually change all.
In the address section of the Info Sheet is a pull down menu with a country code. That should fix the problem.
The address section is just for the client address. I'm asking about the IRS address on the payment vouchers. It makes no difference if we have a foreign address with country code in the info sheet for the client address. The payment vouchers still show the same IRS address. I'm trying to figure out how to change the Proseries settings for the IRS address (or if i even can?). Right now i have to manually override the addresses in each voucher for each return...not fun.
