How do I automatically email invoices when the memorized transactions post?
I have 50 invoices which enter automatically eacjh month, and would like to have it that they get emailed when they enter, and another email confirming when they're paid.

I would love to know the answer to this myself. Did you ever get a response? I don't believe it can be done.
I never received an answer, however I now check the box "to be emailed" on the invoice, and then save it as a memorized transaction. Under the customer profile, I checked preferred method to receive invoices as email. Then once the invoices are recorded, I go to "send forms" under the file tab, select all and send.
