Right now, it shows my checking account and credit cards. I want to add another liability account for tracking purposes. How do I add this account to the Account Balances window on the Home screen?
I would like to know as well.
It's 2010, you would think the Intuit team would have figured out how to program a simple "drag and drop" by now.

As far as I am aware the only liability accounts that appear in the "Accounts Balances window are the type
Therefore, unless the liability account is one of the above it will not appear.
Commenting on the other comment, QB's has so many irritating issues (compared to other software programs) that it will take quite some time to correct them.
