This includes QuickBooks, QuickBooks Payroll, Point of Sale, & Salesforce.com. This is only for US based products. This does not affect QuickBooks Online customers! choose create invoice, on that screen there is a menu choice " customize" then "customize data layout" next you should see a screen that has your invoice on the right and "field names" on the left.  at the bottom of that screen choose layout designer.  the next screen will have choices across the top, choose "add", "text box", a window will pop up where you can type the text you want to add ie: dba......, there are three tabs text, border, background.-  choose border to remove text box borders  to remove existing vertical lines choose the area that you want lines removed then click on properties, border, and uncheck the left and right boxes.

please give a thumbs up if this solves your issue, or ask add'l ?'s
