Find the item you are interested in, in your Items+Services window, highlight it by clicking the left mouse button once. Once it's highlighted, you can right click and select "QuickReport" on that item. That will bring up all instances of that item on invoices and purchase order transactions and indicate how many of that item you should have on hand. Hope that helps!
