How can I get multiple invoices, more than 12 to show, print in the check stub area of the voucher? Print the second check, Void it automatically but print the rest of the Bill numbers?
File menu > Print Forms, Bill Payment Stubs; for when you used Enter Bills.
Or, check detail report, when you use Checks.
There is only so much room on a voucher.
Not Really, I remember that QB can create a second check, Void it but show remaining bills paid on the first check.
Even if it does this, and I never used that function if so, I'd hate to burn a real check just for purposes of a printout.
I need to send this printout to vendor to itemize the invoices.
I am OK to burn a check. It doesn't happen daily.

Or, open that bill payment check, click at the top on History icon, here are all the bills it is linked to, print this as a report. The payment stub report is a better view, however.
