Homeowners association set up in quickbooks

US QuickBooks Premier

how do i properly set up a homeowners association in Quickbooks? with all the right accounts that represent the monthly maintenance fee etc, which items and chart of accounts should I have....based on how the year ended and all the details from the last person in charge of the books, should i integrate that information in some way or another in this years info?? please help.

 You should really create your own question and not add on to one from last year.

There is a default chart of accts for property management in QB.  Go to file>new company and follow the easy step interview.
