Highlight the Field the go to "File" the to "client Maintenance" and you will see the option to delete the record BUT make sure there is no data that you want prior to the deletion

We've tried that procedure but nothing happens it's as if nothing exists in that number "1" client

I don't want to come off as a smart aleck, because I've never had the problem, but what difference does it make? Does having the 1st client blank cause problems with your filing system or something?
Morons. I've got MORONS on my team. Nobody is going to rob us going DOWN the mountain. We have got no MONEY going DOWN the mountain. When we HAVE GOT the money, goin' back UP the mountain, THEN you can sweat.
