It doesn't really matter much. This only affects the choice of General Ledger accounts that QB will automatically create to help get you started; inevitably you will rename and/or renumber some and delete some anyway, and create others.
Try eliminating some of the obvious misfits first, then pick one that's "reasonably close" from the rest. Maybe Information Technology?
