Coretta,

Congratulations on identifying an area of business you want to learn more about and possibly start.  In order to determine where you should start in your venture of a Laundromat here are a couple of books you can check out:

  • Start Your Own Coin-Operated Laundry by Mandy Erickson
  • How to Start & Manage a Coin-Operated Laundries Business: A Practical Way to Start Your Own Business by Jerre G. Lewis and Leslie D. Ren

In addition visit the SBA and Score Website to locate other resources in your area to help you pull together a business plan to create the road map for your business. Good Luck.

Wishing your productivity and prosperity,

Kim
