Important Announcement! A planned system-wide upgrade will take place over the Memorial Day Weekend in the US (From Thurs, May 24, 2012 at 6 pm PDT thru Tues, May 29, 2012 at 5 am PDT). having problems with error popup and shuting down of quickbooks after completing easy step interview.

US QuickBooks Pro for Windows : 2009

i have loaded QB on my computer and completed the interview for my business but now when i open the program it tells me i havent completed interview so when i do it gets to last step and tells me they have found and error and must shut down? help??

I am having the same problem at exactly the same place. The code is different every time, but the last one was 15203 73952. The one before that was 00000 00000. Help?
