Go to the customer center in QuickBooks. You can create an invoice by right clicking on the client/job you wish to create the invoice for. You can find past invoices to that client by selecting them and viewing the transactions in the window to the right of the client/job list. If you want to edit your invoice template to make it look a certain way or include your logo, you can find that on the List drop down menu.
