Important Announcement! A planned system-wide upgrade will take place over the Memorial Day Weekend in the US (From Thurs, May 24, 2012 at 6 pm PDT thru Tues, May 29, 2012 at 5 am PDT). This includes QuickBooks, QuickBooks Payroll, Point of Sale, & Salesforce.com. This is only for US based products. This does not affect QuickBooks Online customers! During this time, you can shop, but can’t place orders online, activate products or update account info. We apologize for the inconvenience & thank you for patience while we improve our infrastructure to better serve you. International versions are unaffected. For more info, see our community discussion.

GoPayment

I used by mobile card reader for the first time. The transaction is sitting in "problems to be solved" I can't figure out how to apply it to a transaction

Intuit is aware of an issue that causes deposits containing GoPayment transactions to not appear for download on the merchant service reconciliation screen.  As a result, deposits appear in the Problems to be Resolved tab.

Workaround:

Follow these steps to record the deposits into QuickBooks and clear them out of the Problems to be Resolved tab.

NOTE: Any items that remain in the Problems to be Resolved field may not be cleared until some time later. This may be up to a full year after the problem occurred.

  1. Download the payments into QuickBooks by clicking Customers> Credit Card Processing Activities> Get Online Payments
  2. Deposit the batch into the bank account by clicking Banking> Make Deposits.

If the batch is pending, and funds have not been deposited, the transactions will show in the Pending tab until funded.

Please help me improve my performance by answering a short survey that will be emailed to you from the community
