Gopayment and quickbooks

I hope you find the steps below helpful in downloading your GoPayment transactions into your QuickBooks.

Step 1: Go to Customers at the top bar in QuickBooks

Step 2: Scroll Down to Credit Card Processing Activities

Step 3: Click on Get Online Payments

Step 4: Choose Mobile and Click ok

If “Credit Card Processing Activities” is not an option from the Customers dropdown, please follow the steps below first.

Step 1: Go to Customers at the top grey bar in QuickBooks

Step 2: Scroll Down to Link Payment Service to Company File

Step 3: In the Credit Card Protection box, change your Company File password to a “complex” password

                -This is required per Payment Card Industry Compliance, to protect the data that will be stored in your Company File

Step 4: Enter your GoPayment login credentials in the next window to link your GoPayment account to your Company File

I am trying to do the same thing and it keeps telling me that my gopayment account name and quickbooks name do not match, but they do. Then it says I need to transfer my merchant account to quickbooks, but it won't let me do that either. Any suggestions?
