You do have the ability to send reciepts via email on your GoPayment application.
If your customers are not recieving the emails, they may want to check their spam box. Or, you may want to resend the email via the History on your Application.

I have sent it to myself twice and my customer called this morning saying he didn't get his receipt either. I checked my spam.
When you send the receipt are you getting any error messages?
You can also verify the e-mail address is set up properly by visiting your Merchant Service Center. Once you are logged in, choose the Account tab. From the Account tab, you will choose GoPayment. Then, on the right hand side, choose Customize Reciept. You will see the from email, ensure this email is yours.
