At this time we do not offer a card reader that is compatible for the Motorola Droid Razr or Razr Maxx.
We update our list of supported phones with new devices as soon as they have passed through rigorous testing to ensure stability and functionality. To view a complete list of phones compatible with the Grey Intuit Credit Card Reader, please go to the following website: www.gopayment.com and click See All Devices. To view a complete list of phones compatible with the White Intuit Credit Card Reader, click See All Devices, then I Already have a White Intuit Credit Card Reader at the bottom of the window.
Hello KevinMed,
You can download the GoPayment application onto your phone and process credit card transactions manually but none of our swipers support either of those devices. we are always adding new phones that can support your phones and I suggest going to gopayment.com and check out our compatible devices list periodically to see if your phone(s) have been added.

Larry,
Thank you. I was wondering if I could still use the GoPayment app, you're replied helped. However, I use the Blue Bamboo card reader and printer. Do you think that will work with Go Payment on the Droid Razr or is it all the same?
Hello KevinMed,
Im glad my last reply helped you. Yes you can still download and use the GoPayment app on your Motorola Razr. The Blue Bamboo reader should work with that phone as long as it has Bluetooth capabilities.
I have used the reader with my new Razr Maxx
The only problem is that the reader hangs off the right side or needs to be spun around backwards
Hello teganvt,
So you were able to process a swiped trans on that device?
-Larry
Yes, I've processed swipes on the Razr Maxx
I have the old white reader spun around backwards because the Headphone jack is on the right side
I am able to get 1 swipe to work - the first swipe after installing the gopayment app. After that, it will recognize the swiper, but when I swipe the card it just sits there thinking, and finally times out. I cleared the cache, and that didn't even get it to work (but it does annoyingly delete all items in gopayment, which I realized ahead of time it would do) I finally uninstalled gopayment and then reinstalled, and sure enough I could get the 1st swipe to recognize. Afther that, nothing. teganvt, have you experienced this at all? If multiple swipes have worked for you, could you describe your process of accepting cards with gopayment and white card reader? (I also have the white one) Thanks!
So Go Payment works with only some readers and not the one Go Payment has? Sorry if this sounds like a dumb question but I just signed up for Go Payment yesterday and walked into a Verizon store afterwards to get a phone that would work with this service. The rep sold me a Android Razr and told me it would work. Not sure if I need to take it back and get a different phone. I'm confused.
This is not a dumb question at all. To view a complete list of phones compatible with the Grey Intuit Credit Card Reader, please go to the following website: www.gopayment.com and click See All Devices. This will give you a list of all of the phones that currently work with our grey GoPayment swipers. You can take your phone back to the Verizon store and request they pull up the site to confirm any phone they sell you will work with the swiper.
