Global Change of Status
LacerteWhen we transferred the clients to 2008 somehow we set the status to Extended. Is there a way to globally change the status without overwriting any that have a prep staus?

Yes. Assuming the 2008 program is similar to 2007, I'd say to set your pre-filter to "status is 'extended'."
That's Filter (from the top of the screen that has all the client names), Select Pre-Filters, Status, and change it from "all" to "extended." (Later you can change it back to "all" again.)
That should then get only the so-called extended ones to show up on the screen. Then hit F3 to select a group, choose "all," and then F4, choose "apply same status to selected clients," and then put in what the status is, the date, the initials, etc. All the clients you chose, should now have the correct status, possibly also with a date and initials if you included that info.
