Getting W-2 information from Quickbooks (I have Premier for Accountants 2009)

I am trying to get information for filling out my W-2's. When I go to Reports then click on employees and payroll, I don't have the tax forms worksheet in Excel. What am I doing wrong?

Latest post

Not sure. You may need to get the latest QuickBooks updates from the help menu (consider resetting all the updates) and then restart QuickBooks. If that does not work, then Repair QuickBooks from the windows add/remove programs control panel.
