I have set up my Quick books Pro to get my banking information. It works fine except that I only can get information from 09/01/06 to current date. I need to get my bank transactions from 06/01/06 to current date.How do I get the months of June, July, and August to pull in?
It depends on how you are doing it and the bank.
I do AMEX downloads within quick books and it gives me a choice of what time period I would like to download.
If the web page does not give you a choice then the bank may not maintain the records in a downloadable format from the web on older items.
You might want to contact your bank and see if you can get a file directly from them or enter the old items manually.
