I have registered for several courses multiple times in the last two days - I need some CPE's! I get through the registration process but then am told my 'cart' is empty. Not once have I stumbled onto the actual course. I have downloaded the materials (at my office), but where's the class? I thought this was 24/7 availability. What am I doing wrong? Help please. Hi, this is not an answer, just a request to see if you have received any information. My classes won't show up either, and I have e-mailed Intuit several times.
If either of you still have unresolved issues, please feel free to click my pic and drop me a line with the e-mail address you used to register for training, name, etc. I will be happy to look into it.
