Can I install the full version of Quickbooks 2010 on a Windows server and still use the database manager to manage multi-user licensing? If so, should the installation on the server be setup host the multi-user environment or will the database manager take care of it completely.

Form your question what I understand is that you want to install full version of QB on a server computer and then use that server computer to do the data entry and to generate reports.
If this assupmtion is correct :-
1. The server would work as a PC and you need to spare one user license for it.
2. Decide on a shared folder with read and wrire access rights to all users. save the company file on that.
3. Enable hosting on this computer with multiuser mode. ( Also note: Disable hosting in all other PC's )
4. The DB manager would install on this computer when you install the QB software here. You do not need to do any thing on that.
