Free product instead of store credit/refund
US QuickBooks for Macintosh : 2011
Hi,
We have reduced our item prices and are extending the price adjustment to our retailers on their last order. They can either have a store credit on their next order OR we send them product to the value of the price difference. How do I record the reduction in inventory of the "free items" and what form do I send the retailer for their records? Thank you
