I agree that form 5227 should be included since the business software says it covers trusts. This form is needed for a common form of trust (Charitable Remainder Unitrust).

I call Proseries every year and they send me Lacert tax software which I use to prepare my 5227 forms. It is set up as a pay per return.

We also need Form 5227, along with AR1002 (AR Fiduciary Return). Why is the AR1002 not included in the software?

AR1002 is an Arkansas form, and might be included in the state filings for Arkansas
