Form 2848 Power of Attorney populating forms

I am glad that they got the program to produce PDF copies for individual forms this year. I do a number of POA's and they all basically are the same. Income, 1040, 2000 2000 etc. I also state that I want to appoint another authorized rep. What I really want to do is to have a some kind of 'code' like above for our representitive field, where we put in our code and the info comes up from the macro. Does anyone have a suggestion for this. I have been cutting and pasteing from a word file, but want something better. Here we go again wanting more, but I cannot help myself...I just WANT MORE!!!!!!!!!!
