form 2441/e-file errors.

I have a client that is allowed to claim child care expenses but is not allowed to claim the child as a dependent (divorce settlement). I have completed all forms and selected to file 1040 and form 2441. I am e-filing the return and it keeps getting rejected stating that the same SSN can not be used for more than one child. If confirmed all SSN's, names, etc are correct. Any suggestions (other than printing and having client file via mail)?

Make sure that on the information work sheet you are checking Q on the codes underneath the childs DOB and the the next box has an "X" that they do not qualify for the child tax credit. this should fix your problem.
