I stopped using quickbooks in 2009 and need to get inot my 2008 files but I have forgotten my password. When I answer the security qustiion "which I know is correct" it will not accept. I need to print w2 and 941 (IRS) asking for them.

If this is the pin number that you used to send your assisted payroll in on, you can call in and we can help you. or you are able to send in a request for copies of filings.
if you paid your own taxes and did the filings. calling in and asking tech support to set this up is an option you also have.
