I'm having a problem with my Firm address not aligning correctly on the CA State 540 Form. The city in my case is Montebello, if you look at the pic I linked to here... Montebello is showing right under my Firm Name and not right under the address by where the State and Zip code are.
Is this how it's supposed to appear? Maybe I'm just being picky about it but it kinda looks a little funky...

I found the same problem plus my PTIN did not print. Actually, the lower part of Side 1 is too low making the entire page look weird.
I did a test return, and my info lines up the same way yours does. I went back and looked at a 2009 CA Form 540, and it lines up the same way as this year so I guess it's ok as-is.
Unlike Charlottte, my PTIN does show on the printout.

So I guess the misalignment is o-k... but here comes the BUT - doesn't it look kinda "off"? I'm being picky, I know, but appearance-wise it would look MUCH better (HINT! HINT! INTUIT!!!!) if it were aligned correctly :)
Everything else prints fine, my PTIN prints and everything... it's just the misalignment on the City Name.
