If you take customer orders for goods or services in advance, you might consider Premier instead of Pro. Pro doesn't have Sales Orders.
If you custom order goods, and need to track customer backorders, then only three of the Premier editions track backorders. So, you should consider Retail, or Wholesale and Manufacturing.
If you assmble the finished product yourself, then for certain go with Mfg/Wholesale.
