Finding the time to expand a business
I am trying to help my husband find the time to provide great service for his existing customers and to grow. Any ideas?

I like using QB time tracking features even when the time isn't billable. If I don't track marketing somehow (doesn't have to be fancy), I can get to the end of the week and not have a clue where time actually went.
I also manage tasks with Outlook, with a view that shows daily tasks on the right hand side. Marketing tasks (actually any tasks) are more difficult to ignore that way.
I also work from a home office and am a really early morning person. Over coffee while things are quiet is a good time to work on those things for me.
