US QuickBooks Premier : 2010: Accountant

Will we be able to use Financial Statement Designer w/ Quickbooks Premier Accountant Edition 2010 like we are able to do with version 2009?

FSD is still a feature of 2010. You will not be able to use parts of 2009 with parts of 2010. I have no idea whether the upgrade operation will run smoothly for your client files. Usually they have the bugs worked out before they move out of beta, but that isn't always the case. I would make backups before you upgrade just in case. Also I found this:
